My objectives in life
Be the best I can be, for the glory of G-D Almighty alone, in everything I say, do and think. I want to honor G-D in all my work. Therefore, I serve the company/client(s)/stakeholder(s)/project with the best of my ability, using all my talents, skills, wisdom, understanding, knowledge, intelligence, insight, with dedicated service, to yield the highest quality and standard of work, in the fastest time, the quickest way, without using any illegal shortcuts or forms of corruption. I work hard to make the company/client(s)/stakeholder(s)/project achieves success in its goals, targets and see the company/client(s)/stakeholder(s) are happy and profitable. I prioritize work to spend the least amount of money and get the best value out of every transaction, interaction, within a task. It is my desire to see the company/client/stakeholder/project succeed and prosper, without hinderances. This collaboration will make me succeed, prosper and flourish simultaneously; a triumph for all parties invested together.

Business, Product Research and Development – Swar Gusta Drinks and Health

Innovating and developing a new line of organic food supplements for healthy living – products that boost energy, curing ailment, and improve men’s sex life (sexual arousal, sexual mood enhancement, male virility) – all products contain only natural ingredients.
Testing the products through repeated experimentations and refining the product by balancing the flavors, to maximize shelf-life, quality, potency – till consistent results are obtained – adjust ingredients, methodology, mixture ratios, in subsequent iterations, to improve results, and standardize product recipes.
Target customers seeking natural (organic) foods for healthy lifestyle – all products are preservative free, having unadulterated, elementally long shelf-life. Getting consumer feedback on products and user experience (reactions after product consumption) from test markets.
All three products created can be brought to market and production scaled up, as needed. Product 1 business plan is currently being executed and brought to market – meeting with suppliers to bottle the product. Collaborate on new variants of the drink with potential suppliers. Exploring new markets for entry of Product 1 and working with new organizations to sell the products on their shelves, at their businesses. Building strategic new ways to market the product – advertising (brochures, product information), branding, labeling – through continued education, online learning, attending tradeshows.
Product 1
Product 1: Cold tea energy drink – original recipe – long shelf life, preservative free – all natural ingredients. One drink serving (325 ml) gives a minimum of four hours (up to seven hours) of highly focused energy to the body and mind.
Product 1: Create multiple variants of the Cold tea energy drink, based on the original recipe – five variants created and being tested. Methodological testing; real world testing.
Product 1: Competitor to Red Bull and other energy drinks. The only energy drink without preservatives, artificial sweeteners and a very good alternative to guarana and coffee. A health and energy drink with lots of benefits to the body: increasing immunity, mental focus, high productivity, promoting balanced diet, healing the body, and controlling appetite.
Product 2
Product 2: One dose cure for treating food poisoning (diarrhea, upset stomach) – when following strict instructions for treatment – Product is a concoction of various natural ingredients made into a thick syrup, for oral intake.
Product 2: Suitable for young children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Using the product will stop the effects of food poisoning within one day (less than 24 hours) – no doctor’s visit or emergency room needed; no need for Oral Rehydration Solutions (ORS supplements) either.
Product 2: promotes the use of traditional medicine, to avoid using western medicines (pharmaceutical drugs). This product is to give an individual, the choice to opt for an alternative healing source, than relying only on using go-to pharmaceutical drugs.
Product 2: enables the body to heal naturally, without allowing the doctors to use brut force on the patient; preventing overmedication. Avoid the stressful hospital visits, intravenous (IV) therapy (drips, fluids) and be at home, and be cured the organic way. All ingredients used in the concoction were originally created by the hand of GOD MOST HIGH Himself. Created a website and social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok channels) that promotes and teaches about devoted Christian living to G-D MOST HIGH. Rapture.Wiki publishes articles and videos that encourages everyone to seek out their own good spiritual health, for the wellbeing of their souls.
Rapture.Wiki channels inspires Christians and all those interested in Christianity, on how to live life as a true Christian and be a true follower of CHRIST. The website, YouTube and TikTok channels delivers spiritual upliftment content, based on the teachings of JESUS, as established in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.
Christian songs and scriptures (Bible verses) are provided for the counseling and encouragement of the soul of every man (and all women), to find hope in G-D, in their desperate and painful times, and also in the good times of their life. Rapture Wiki channels wishes to enlighten viewers on the teachings of the Bible, so that every person’s soul may have eternal life in Heaven with JESUS, and no soul be damned to hell in the afterlife.
A variety of topics are covered on the website and YouTube channel; listed below are a few of them:
- Christian eschatology: explaining Bible prophecy as said in the Book of Revelation in the Bible – “the End Times,” “Tribulation period,” “Rapture”

- Prophecies regarding the United States of America (“Babylon”), Israel, China, Russia, Iran and the Middle East, the “anti-CHRIST,” the “false prophet” – the Pope, “Armageddon” war, one-world government, cashless society (digital currency), climate change, pandemics (H5N1 virus)

Construction Project Management: Renovation and remolding of existing properties (homestead, other properties). Handling of all works with engineering consultants, construction crew, engineering contractors, suppliers on behalf of the client, to remodel their homes and renovate properties – to update, refresh and handover to client, as though brand new.
- Major works completed:
- Integration of previous solar grid to local electricity supplier (similar to Net metering)
- Partial demolition and redesign of rooms, bathrooms to meet current needs of client
- Construction of new boundary wall, resurfacing of the land to accommodate electrical, plumbing conduits, new landscaping
- New structures for parking, outdoor seating, building extensions, integration of waste management solutions with sustainable handling of waste (composting, recycling, upcycling, refurbishment)
- Major new installations:
- Lightning arrestor and supporting earthen pits
- Automated lighting and water systems, water filtration systems
- Backup power supply, new distribution/panel boards

Quality control of ongoing work and testing of all newly installed systems, before operational use and handover to client.
Part time:
Facilities and Operations management: Maintenance and repair at client properties. Arranging regular upkeep of the properties – garden, plumbing, electrical, vehicles, painting, vendor resupply (replenish existing stock – stock management), HVAC systems, payment of local taxes and other miscellaneous activities.
Preparing the property, transportation, vehicles, staff, before the arrival of the client and cleanup after the client leaves. Concierge services, real estate services for the client. Arranging buyers, sellers, for client for various items needed and no longer needed, at the properties. Local government relationship management.
Contract and vendor management: organizing contractors to work on construction projects at the properties, when the client is present. Procurement of supplies for the client; negotiating prices on behalf of the client. Keeping up relations with vendors for continued service and maintenance of their installations – Solar grid systems, HVAC systems, vehicle, automation systems.
Staff recruitment, payroll for current staff, water and waste management, training staff on work procedures, policies; training staff of health and safety measures to be adhered to, while at the sites.

- Conceived and wrote ideas after collecting a lot of material for the book
- Conducted over a year of research to establish factual content from reliable sources to be used in the book
- Researched online databases, read journals, newspaper articles, listened to podcasts, watched videos, on a variety of topics to gather needed data for the book
- Set up a personal database and laid the groundwork to begin writing the book
- Kept a logbook and updated it each day till enough data was collected and the amalgamation began
- Self-motivated hard work – persisted through by G-Ds grace and mercy alone to finish writing the book (pushed through without procrastinating)!

Executive Director of Swar Gusta Luggage

Develop the business, promoting the products, to get investment from potential investors into the company. Designing and engineering the products to make prototypes – “smart” (electronic) luggage for travelers. Continued refinement and development of features, of the product.
Working with various contractors and suppliers to manufacture the prototypes and bring into mass production. Promoting the business at trade shows [Consumer Electronic Show (CES) – Las Vegas, USA (2016); RISE Conference – Hong Kong (2017)] and attending various other trade shows for procurement and in search of new technologies, ideas, concepts, systems, to integrate into the product and/or company.
Applying for utility and design patents worldwide (on almost every continent) and maintaining obtained patents worldwide. Dealing with legal teams in creating favorable contracts (contract management) for the benefit of the company. Signing contracts with suppliers and contactors; and working through the contract with suppliers to make sure they fulfill what the contract says for them to accomplish.

Project Manager at KSLY

Construction of private home on behalf of Owner, after take over from previous management. Overseeing construction of new site being developed for Owner and reporting/updating the Owner on work done so far.
Procurement of materials for construction: interior of home (joinery works, electrical and plumbing, interior design materials), exterior of home (landscaping, gardening, utilities).
Designing of given requirements in collaboration with Civil Engineers and executing the proposed plans. Revising engineering drawings to efficiently use available space, introducing new concepts to builders to adapt other construction techniques. Train workers to give up their old inefficient and wasteful construction methods. Structuring waste disposal appropriately according to material types, management of debris, and planning of permanent waste management solution for the site.
Working with various sub-contractors and suppliers to handover home to owner on time. Approving electrical and plumbing plans and drawings, to construct build requirement.
Selection of new suppliers and employees after thorough vetting process, to work on the project and support the build. Installation of home appliances, off-grid power plant (solar panels 13kW), metal artworks, security systems, pools.
Demo-ing all installed products, appliances, features to Owner and their staff, training them on troubleshooting methods; creating manuals and checklists to perform preventive maintenance measures.
Engineering Intern at Port of Oakland
May 2013 – August 2013
California, USA
Working with the US Army Corps of Engineers, visiting their sites in the San Francisco Bay Area, to learn new technologies developed by them to help cargo ships dock smoothly at local Ports. Negotiating on behalf of the Port with the US Corps of Engineers, to work together to get a fair deal on sharing the costs of dredging, and reporting on current contractors dredging the Port. Negotiating and collecting funds owed by US Army Corps of Engineers, line by line, of contract expenditures worth millions of dollars (upwards of USD 300M) to the Port.
Understanding engineering drawings of site (of the Port) to carry out new construction and remodeling of existing buildings. Setup of a new department under Senior Engineer and write report on the status of current dredging procedures at the Port of Oakland, the environmental effects of dredging and proposing new ideas to deal with dredged material.
Carry out feasibility study by visiting various sites across the bay, to understand current practices of dredgers, to meet with them and obtain feedback on how to implement new standards set by local government. Working with various teams within the Port to prepare the report, and to present the report to the CEO of the Port, stakeholders and the Local Government Environmental Commission.
Appease the needs of the Oakland Environmental Commission, standing with supporting contractors to show solidarity and finding ways to fight against proposals that negatively affect the Port and its goals.
Writing and presenting report voicing the pathway to make Port profitable again, to Senior Engineer and then to re-draft according to his recommendations. Learning major activities and problems currently faced by the Port, to find new ways to make Port profitable and cut losses.

Volunteer work
Treasurer, Nautica Association – Kerala, India
July 2022 – October 2024
- Handle all finances related to a large construction project on behalf of the home owners association (HOA) and represent the association, as an elected official, to carry out the assigned duties of the Treasurer of the association, for the benefit of all owners
- Monitor financial health of the association, keeping track of incoming and outgoing funds, keeping track of the “good” and “bad” members of the association. Attend association meetings and update the board of trustees and all members on financial status of the HOA
- Carry out financial audit (accounting: financial statements, profit and loss statements, expenses statements, trail balance sheets) of the HOA with the help of an accounting and law firm. Exercising given authority by the governing body to step up the association’s bank account, to pay creditors, contractors
- Work and coordinate with the President and Secretary of the association and achieve set common goals. Update all members on all expenditures and all on going fund raising efforts of the HOA (requesting funds and association dues from owners, as needed, to keep moving the project forward toward completion)

Software experiences
Over the years, I have used and worked with the following software’s: AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Solid Works, MatLab, AnSYS (CFD Simulations), Fortran (programming language), Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
I have also done some work in creative (graphic) design, interior design (for homes), and website design (Word Press) in the years past.

Background: I’m from India and I’ve lived in the United Arab Emirates and United States of America for long periods of my life. I’ve also lived in New Zealand for about a year, and traveled to a handful of nations around the world: Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong (China), Italy, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.
